Cancellation or forgotten appointment
If you cannot keep an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible, preferably by phone.
If you cancel an appointment less than 48 hours in advance, or you forget the appointment, then unfortunately the session will be charged. The reason for this is that I cannot use that time for someone else.
Reimbursement from health insurance companies
Individual body-oriented psychotherapy and energetic therapy are part of complementary care and are fully or partially reimbursed by many health insurers under the supplementary insurance.
This is not at the expense of your deductible.
Ask your health insurance company about the coverage of your additional policy.
Registrations
I am a therapist registered with the FAGT (Federation of Additive Medicine Therapists), and fall under the professional code used by the FAGT. Every year I am tested to ensure the quality criteria.
I update my knowledge and skills by following refresher and supplementary courses, supervision and intervision. I meet the Plato standard (MBK) and am listed in the RBCZ register of higher professional education (HBO).
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about a treatment, we will first try to discuss this with you directly.
It is also possible to contact an independent complaints officer.
They can provide support in formulating the complaint or addressing dissatisfaction, and help in finding solutions. The therapist has the right to be informed of this. For this purpose, the practice is affiliated with Quasir.
In addition, the practice is connected to a government-recognized disputes body, Stichting Zorggeschil, and falls under the independent disciplinary law of the RBCZ (TCZ).
